Director info@kentlib.orgThe Information Services Department is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all library patrons. The Information Services Department includes checking out library materials to library users, checking in materials returned, renewing borrowed items, reserving items for patrons, receiving payment of fines for damaged and overdue materials, registering new patrons and maintaining order in the stacks by re-shelving the library materials. We support the needs of other library departments in promoting library programming, events, and managing the adult book displays. We also provide reference, research and computer assistance to library patrons.
