Library Volunteers
KCPL is now accepting volunteer applications and anticipates relaunching its volunteer program in March 2025.
To learn more about volunteering at KCPL, join us for How to Be a Star Library Volunteer on Friday, February 28.
Library volunteers support the library in a variety of ways, including shelving books, assisting with program preparation, and working on special projects.
At this time, volunteer opportunities are available at the Chestertown Branch for adults and teens (age 14+).

Friends of the Library Volunteers
Friends of the Kent County Public Library welcomes volunteers to assist with collecting book donations, to help with book sales, and to serve on their Board of Directors.
