President bot@kentlib.orgThe Board is the governing body of KCPL, having been established and supported by the Kent County Commissioners pursuant to Maryland Annotated Code ED, §23-401. The purpose of the Board is to maintain oversight of the operations of the Kent County public library system for the use and benefit of the people of Kent County, Maryland.
