Film Synopsis

Brailled It follows the world's top blind and low-vision Braille readers and writers under the age of 18 as they gather in Los Angeles to compete in the Braille Challenge. For one unforgettable weekend, these students test their skills, build lasting friendships, and celebrate excellence in Braille literacy.

Unlike a traditional documentary, Brailled It places the cameras directly into the hands of the competitors, allowing them to capture the experience from their own perspective. Through candid moments of anticipation, excitement, and achievement, the film offers an authentic look at a community defined not by disability, but by determination, excellence, and the transformative power of Braille literacy.
