Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is currently seeking applications to fill two seats for a 5-year term that begins January 1, 2025.
Kent County residents may apply to serve as a Trustee by submitting an application by Thursday, October 17, 2024. The application can be downloaded from this page or picked up in person at any KCPL location.
The Board of Trustees consists of seven members appointed by the Kent County Commissioners from nominees submitted by the Board of Trustees.
Trustees must be residents of Kent County and are chosen on the basis of character, ability, and demonstrated interest in library matters. Trustees are appointed for an initial term of five years.
